Credits or Purchases Not Showing Up



If you’ve purchased credits but they aren’t appearing in your account, or you’re having trouble accessing premium features, try these steps:


Wait a Few Minutes

  • Sometimes there’s a short delay in processing payments. Wait 5–10 minutes and refresh your dashboard.

🔄 Refresh or Log Out and Back In

  • Refresh your profile or dashboard to update your credit balance.
  • Log out of your account and log back in to force a sync.

📧 Check for Confirmation Email

  • Look for a purchase confirmation email from LoveJournal.
  • If you didn’t receive one, check your spam/junk folder.

💳 Check Your Payment Method

  • Make sure your payment went through and wasn’t declined by your bank or card provider.

    • The email address on your account
    • A description of the issue
    • Your purchase receipt or order number (if available)
