Missing or Incorrect Insights
If your insights are missing, seem inaccurate, or don’t match your experience, here’s how to troubleshoot:
🔄 Regenerate Insights
- Go to the Insights tab and click Generate Insights or Refresh Analysis.
- Make sure you’ve logged recent dates—insights are based on your latest entries.
📝 Check Your Entries for Accuracy
- Review your recent date entries for missing or incorrect information.
- Edit any entries as needed, then regenerate insights.
📊 Not Enough Data?
- If you’re new or haven’t logged many dates, you may need to add more entries before insights appear.
🕒 Wait a Few Minutes
- Sometimes, generating insights can take a minute or two. Refresh the page after a short wait.
⚠️ Error Messages or Blank Insights
- Refresh the page and try again.
- Make sure you have a stable internet connection.
- Log out and log back in if the problem persists.

- Contact Support with details about the issue.
- Include screenshots and a description of what’s missing or seems incorrect.
