Missing or Incorrect Insights


If your insights are missing, seem inaccurate, or don’t match your experience, here’s how to troubleshoot:


🔄 Regenerate Insights

  • Go to the Insights tab and click Generate Insights or Refresh Analysis.
  • Make sure you’ve logged recent dates—insights are based on your latest entries.

📝 Check Your Entries for Accuracy

  • Review your recent date entries for missing or incorrect information.
  • Edit any entries as needed, then regenerate insights.

📊 Not Enough Data?

  • If you’re new or haven’t logged many dates, you may need to add more entries before insights appear.


🕒 Wait a Few Minutes

  • Sometimes, generating insights can take a minute or two. Refresh the page after a short wait.


⚠️ Error Messages or Blank Insights

  • Refresh the page and try again.
  • Make sure you have a stable internet connection.
  • Log out and log back in if the problem persists.


🛠️ Still Not Working?

  • Contact Support with details about the issue.
  • Include screenshots and a description of what’s missing or seems incorrect.
