💸 Refund Policy

• Credits Purchases: If you accidentally purchased credits or didn’t receive them after payment, contact Support within 14 days of purchase.
• Unused Credits: Refunds are generally only available for unused credits. If you’ve already used credits for premium features, those are non-refundable.
• Subscription Plans (if applicable): If you’re on a subscription, you can cancel anytime. Refunds for unused time may be available depending on your plan and local laws.

How to Request a Refund

1. Contact Support

   • Email Support with your account email, order details, and reason for the refund request.

     Provide Details

   • Include your purchase receipt, the date of purchase, and the amount.

     Wait for Review

   • Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

How to Cancel a Subscription (if applicable)

1. Go to your Profile or Billing section.
2. Find your subscription details.
3. Click Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts.
4. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your subscription is canceled.
