💸 Refund Policy
- Credits Purchases: If you accidentally purchased credits or didn’t receive them after payment, contact Support within 14 days of purchase.
- Unused Credits: Refunds are generally only available for unused credits. If you’ve already used credits for premium features, those are non-refundable.
- Subscription Plans (if applicable): If you’re on a subscription, you can cancel anytime. Refunds for unused time may be available depending on your plan and local laws.
How to Request a Refund
- Contact Support
Email Support with your account email, order details, and reason for the refund request.
Provide Details
Include your purchase receipt, the date of purchase, and the amount.
Wait for Review
- Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
How to Cancel a Subscription (if applicable)
- Go to your Profile or Billing section.
- Find your subscription details.
- Click Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email when your subscription is canceled.
