Your love language describes how you prefer to give and receive affection. Keeping it up to date helps LoveJournal provide more personalized insights and recommendations.

💖 How to Update Your Love Language

1. Go to the Self-Discovery Tab

   • Click on Self-Discovery in the main navigation or from your profile page.

     Find the Love Language Section

   • Look for your current love language summary.

     Click “Update” or “Retake Assessment”

   • Select the option to retake the love language quiz or update your preferences.

     Answer the Questions

   • Complete the short assessment about how you like to give and receive love (e.g., Words of Affirmation, Acts of Service, Quality Time, Gifts, Physical Touch).

     Save Your Results

   • Your new love language will be displayed in your profile and used to personalize your insights.
