If your insights seem off, are missing, or you encounter an error, don’t worry—here’s how to get things back on track.


🛠️ Common Issues & Solutions

1. My Insights Aren’t Updating

  • Solution: Make sure you’ve logged new dates or updated your profile. Then, click the Generate Insights button in the Insights tab.
  • Tip: The more data you provide (dates, tags, ratings), the more accurate your insights will be.

2. I See an Error Message

  • Solution: Try refreshing the page and generating insights again.
  • Check Your Internet: A slow or unstable connection can cause errors.
  • Still not working? Log out and log back in, or clear your browser cache.

3. My Insights Don’t Match My Experience

  • Solution: Review your recent entries for missing or incorrect information. Edit any entries as needed, then regenerate insights.
  • Remember: The AI can only analyze the data you provide—be as detailed and honest as possible.

4. Insights Are Missing or Blank

  • Solution: If you’re a new user or haven’t logged many dates yet, you may need to add more entries before insights appear.
