• After Logging New Dates:

  Each time you add a few new date entries, generate fresh insights to see how your patterns are evolving.

• After Major Changes:

  If you update your profile, love language, or relationship goals, generate new insights for the most relevant recommendations.

• Monthly or Quarterly Check-Ins:

  Even if you haven’t logged many new dates, a regular check-in helps you reflect and stay intentional.
