Editing or Deleting a Date Entry

Need to update details or remove a date from your journal? LoveJournal makes it easy to keep your entries accurate and up to date.

✏️ How to Edit a Date Entry

1. Go to the Dates Tab

   • Click on Dates in the main navigation bar.

     Find the Date You Want to Edit

   • Scroll through your list or use the search/filter options to locate the entry.

     Open the Date Entry

   • Click on the date card to view its details.

     Click “Edit”

   • Look for the Edit button (usually at the top or bottom of the entry).

     Update the Details

   • Make any changes you need—update the summary, tags, ratings, or add/remove photos.

     Save Changes

   • Click Save to update your entry.

🗑️ How to Delete a Date Entry

1. Open the Date Entry

   • Follow steps 1–3 above.

     Click “Delete”

   • Look for the Delete button (often at the bottom of the entry or in the options menu).

     Confirm Deletion

   • You’ll be asked to confirm—once deleted, the entry will be removed from your journal.

Tips

• Accidental Deletion: Deleting a date is permanent. Double-check before confirming!
• Edit Anytime: You can edit your entries as often as you like—your journal is always in your control.
